Position Description

With a view to our 5 year ambition for the General Merchandise category to US$ 15B annual spend under management – we seek to hire a cross-market + cross-department role that supports both VP and Global Category Leaders to help realize our objective.

Essential Functions of this Role:

Drive programs and monitor process, resolve issues and data analysis, manage and lead business projects.

Lead budgeting process, volume and value unlock tracking, KPI tracking, and organization structural planning for team.

Facilitate and manage the development of tools to support leverage opportunities across various markets.

Develop consistent reporting standards to improve and advise management of all aspects of the business, research opportunities, analyze alternatives and recommend decisions.

Drive program and track project progress to ensure timely follow up/implementation.

Lead projects to align with business direction and facilitate projects for business growth and development. Support operational alignment, controls and standardization.

Support and drive business analysis and intelligence.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ year proven experience leading projects in a cross-functional global organization. A change agent with demonstrated capabilities to analyze data and collaborate effectively with executive leadership through action plan setting.
