主要职责

  • 通过客户服务、产品知识讲解和推广来驱动业务发展,最大程度提升销售成绩
  • 落实运营政策和流程来满足客户需求,同时帮助特斯拉达到销售目标
  • 建立良好的客户关系,并在试驾过程中提供完美的客户体验使潜在客户向亲朋好友传递良好特斯拉口碑
  • 通过电话和邮件的形式介绍并宣传产品相关的功能、报告和新闻来帮助客户做出购买电动汽车的决定
  • 根据不同层次客户情况,有针对性地开展相关活动或合作,增加品牌曝光率,开拓更多潜在客户和特斯拉爱好者
  • 在对电动汽车抱有疑虑的客户时,能够有效地针对其困惑的问题提出创新性或可行性方案,尤其在财务,技术,充电,实用性,生活方式等方面
  • 协助计划、执行和跟进体验店运营任务和项目
  • 在公司内外部沟通中代表特斯拉并保持专业和负责的态度
  • 建立并管理稳健的潜在客户资源,通过电话、邮件、试驾,等方式与潜在客户沟通,确保较高的客户满意度,维系良好客户关系,最终将潜在客户转化为特斯拉车主
  • 承担团队日常的管理工作包括但不限于:PS的出勤、工作安排、辅导PS掌握产品知识、了解并熟练运用公司的相关系统、掌握销售逻辑和销售技巧等;你需要以积极正向、职业成熟的管理方式带领和培养PS,并且在整个团队中发挥积极正向的作用,促进团结向上的氛围的形成
  • 员工须认真学习了解公司及产品的相关知识,通过公司安排的内部测试,包括但不限于课程培训及测试、驾驶技术测试、店内测试、角色扮演等,以达到正式员工的标准和要求
  • 和外部客户、外部人员,保持清晰、准确、职业、礼貌的沟通, 和内部同事保持良好的沟通和团队协作(包括与上下级之间;同部门、跨部门;同门店、跨门店;同地区、跨地区之间)
  • 其他职责:根据业务发展需要,完成管理层指定的其他工作
