Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to questions on basic administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, and case management system). Answer basic HR policy-related questions for both managers and employees and coworkers, and escalate as appropriate. Perform higher level administrative processes involving some evaluation of accuracy and completeness (40%)
  • Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow’s HRIS) and other systems. Confidently assist clients with performing basic self-service transactions. (25%)
  • Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team. (25%)
  • Continuously suggest process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries. (10%)

What We Are Looking For

  • Typically requires bachelor degree or a college degree. May require specific certifications.”
  • Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
  • Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area
  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
