Your new role

  • Lead a multi-national team of over 600 people for operations;
  • Plan for business strategy and ensure high-performance culture;
  • Make sure high-quality service and drive Operations Excellence

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Over 8 years’ experience related to operations, management, global retail, supply or quality in multinational environment;
  • Solid leadership, strategic mindset, good P&L management;
  • Engineering/business/supply chain related education background;
  • Fluent English communication skills (prefer expatriates, or with overseas working experience/ background)
