We are looking for a digital marketing manager experienced with the Affluent segment to develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEM/SEO and other technique to drive traffic and generate interest in the wealth management start-up venture services and solutions. As a digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns across all digital channels, and jointly accountable for client acquisition, activation and retention

Your team

 Brainstorm and be accountable for new and creative growth strategies to meet client acquisition, activation and retention goals
 Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM/SEO, marketing database, social media, mobile app, display advertising campaigns etc.
 Design, build and maintain a digital ecosystem targeting Affluent individuals
 Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
 Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs)
 Work with data analytics team to identify trends and insight; optimize spend and performance based on the insights
 Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
 Evaluate emerging technologies; initiate adoption where appropriate

Your expertise

 5-8 years of proven working experience in digital marketing; having worked in a pure digital business is a plus
 Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the Affluent individuals.
 Experience in A/B and multivariate experience as well as optimizing channels/platform and user funnels
 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; solid knowledge of relevant analytics tools and ad serving tools
 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
