Role Responsibilities:

Project Management of Brand Change projects to deliver required activities (ranging from Luxury & Prestige rework/finishing to minor change and stock distribution), to agreed cost, quality and time committed.
Supports Brand Change Manager in managing the project pipeline in conjunction with key stakeholders (inside and outside of wider Innovation & Brand Change teams) and reports Key Performance Indicators and Brand Change metrics.
Manages the Diageo Customer Interface to maximize satisfaction
Ensure the application of required project planning, budgeting, tracking, reporting and stakeholder communications processes to demonstrate required rigour of project management.

Qualifications:

Degree level qualification or equivalent, ideally in technical area.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, being capable of developing sound working relationships at all levels within the business.
Sound people co-ordination and management ability.
Strong project management skills with sound knowledge of a wide range of packaging materials and processes including:

Artwork specification and management
Demographics process
Design and development of packaging and materials
Materials manufacturing and due diligence
Materials handling, transportation and transit robustness
Risk Management practices and techniques

Ability to develop sound understanding of Global Technical and Innovation & Brand Change processes and Ways of Working.
Ability to develop sound understanding of Navigate process.
Commercial awareness and financially literate.
Excellent organisation, report preparation, and presentation skills.
