How do I post a job?

I can’t login to post a job or my dashboard or forgot my password.

If you cannot login you either have not created an account or have forgotten your password. Use the Forgot Password command. If it says your account does not exist then you probably have not created a new account on our system. If you had an account on our previous website, you will need to create a new account at the time you create your first job posting.

I just added my job, why can’t I see it on the site?

Make sure your jobs are approved by our moderation system. Then go to Job Listings to find your jobs.

You can login and check your Job Dashboard to see the status of your job.

An email notification will be sent to you when your job is approved.

When will my post be approved?

Jobs usually take 1-2 working days to get approved. Please be patient after submitting as our editorial team will need to review and check before it gets published on our website.

Do I need to fill in all information when I post a job?

Only the company name & job description required the rest of the fields including twitter are optional. For best results fill in as much information as you can including uploading your company logo to stand out. Read the full job posting guide.

How to find my job post?

Clicking on ‘Job Listings’ on the top menu gets you to the full list of jobs. You may then use the search and filter criteria to find jobs.

The most recent 5 job postings appear at the bottom of every page.

How do I update my job post?

You are free to change your job post after you have posted it. Just go to your Job Dashboard and sign-in if you are not logged in. You will see the list of jobs you have posted and you can tap “Edit” to modify the job. Make your changes and tap “Submit changes for approval”. After you have re-submitted, your job listing will have to be approved again. Please allow at least one business day for our moderators to review.

Why was my job deleted from the site?

If your job does not have a job description and contact information, or if your job is not specific to Shenzhen it maybe removed from the site. Jobs should be high quality and considered to be useful to candidates to be approved.

How long do my job postings stay on the site?

Your job posting will stay on the site 30 days. After expiration it will be deleted automatically. If you have still not filled the posting please post again.

I got a great candidate from your site how do I mark the position as filled?

How to edit a job after it has been approved?

If you need to change your job posting just go to your Job Dashboard. Login if necessary and tap on the job. On the job page edit the job and make the necessary changes. Tap the update button again. Your post will need to be approved again so please give us time to review.

Why I can’t share the job on WeChat?

Currently when this site is shared on WeChat you will receive an error message. To circumvent this, please copy the link out of WeChat and paste it into your web browser to load the site.
